NEW to the UK, a great idea we think, these are ready to go LED flashing balloons, they come on a card of 12 mixed colour balloons and they flash multicoloured red/blue & green inside the balloon. Just blow the balloon up by mouth or by helium, this will take a little longer than normal as they have self sealing valves, twist the cap and away you go, balloon will stay inflated for approx 3-5 hours then will need toping up, and can be re-used the balloon LED will flash for approx 72 hours. Comes complete with replaceable watch batteries on a coloured string type cord. 12/pc card 288/pc carton EN-71 CE approved (not suitable for under 5's due to removable small parts) Sold as a decorative item NOT a toy.
